Your Role

This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and ownership of the technical delivery of data-driven solutions.

  • Architecting, building, and optimizing scalable data platforms and pipelines
  • Designing technical solutions in collaboration with the CTO and the team
  • Providing technical guidance to the data and development team
  • Collaborating with developers and technical and business stakeholders
  • Defining and improving engineering standards
  • Working on APIs, databases, and deployment processes
  • Contributing to architectural decisions throughout application development
  • Communicating with clients in a technical context

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience developing and implementing data pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced data modeling
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, and integrations
  • Experience with Kubernetes/OKD
  • Experience with code reviews and mentoring
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Accountability and ownership of delivery
  • Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
